I think Cajun French should be a required course for all the guys on the team. By the time they're juniors and seniors they'll be able to communicate openly on the field with each other and it'll totally stymie the other team's personnel. If I recall the stories correctly, the original Chinese Bandits did this regularly.

I played a few baseball games against S LA teams who did this. Pretty intimidating when the 3rd base coach tells the hitters what he wants done aloud in Cajun French.
