I am saying yes.

Mahomes and Watson went 10 and 12 because teams didn't evaluate them well.

I don't think Cleveland passes on their native son who just threw 55 TDs. Then again they might. They are Cleveland. But Chicago doesn't go with Mitch of Burrow.

Athens is closer to Pittsburgh and Cincinnati than Cleveland. Hell, its only 30 min closer than Indianapolis.

I still don't understand how teams missed on Watson, he was a great QB on a great team. I can forgive taking Trubisky over Mahomes because they both played on average teams in college and nobody predicted Mahomes would blow up like he has, but how did the Bears take Mitch over Watson?
