Brees is royalty. If he wants to play one or two seasons making more money than he's actually worth, you are going to bend over and take it, because that's what he's earned.

No. He’s earned a contact that matches this seasons productions and a projection of next years production. Would you order from a restaurant that was rated 5 stars, 5 years ago, when 50 people have gotten food poisoning within the past 6 months?
