The funny part of all this is Clemson offered him after we did, and he chose to go there, yet is upset we didn't offer him sooner

Yep. Been saying for three years on the Recruiting board every time this subject comes up. Clemson offered Etienne two weeks after LSU did. Sometimes players just get their feelings hurt.
In hindsight, both teams ended up just fine.

Yep. He was a last minute backburner plan for Dabo......meanwhile we were in a coaching transition with the old coaches big board still up
