re: Illegal Immigrant Driver Licenses

Maryland, where I live now, is on the list posted earlier in the thread. When my drivers license expired last summer, I had to show 3 different forms of ID, as well as my issued DL to renew. My birth cert, SS card, and a bill with my address on it to determine residency. This is federally mandated, if I want to use my DL to do things like fly, or enter a federal building.
To register to vote involved another form, which was available there, but I didn't need.
We have been giving DLs to illegals for years, thanks to Martin O'Malley. The DMV has Spanish versions of the drivers handbook more available than English versions.
If Texas is doing it, that proves there are Progressive Republicans, and they are worse than the Democrat variety.
