What do you mean? We will be able to do it as long as we find a highly sought after coordinator to come. If you are going to be a top notch program, then you are going to have coordinators come and go. At LSU you have two options.

Option 1: Want the coordinator to be fired.

Option 2: other programs want to hire coordinator.

lol, ironically the two happen to be true simultaneously with our fanbase.

I'm still somewhat astonished and bewildered when, on occasion, 1/2 of the board wants somebody fired and the other half is melting because he was mentioned for another job.

Aranda is known to be an excellent communicator and teacher. That is an absolute requirement for a coach/leader. The method of that communication matters not, as long as it gets done.

You still need a motivator, which is a separate trait.

I mean when we are paying the head coach top dollar we will not still pay top dollar for coordinators. That was Orgeron's sales pitch, he'd take less money so we can pay coordinators more.
