I wanted more backstory on how One met the rest of the team. We only got Four's origin.

this movie was pretty shitty and i give action movies and Michael Bay a lot of leeway

it was just all over the place and basically incoherent for large stretches

How could anyone not enjoy that movie? I mean it was peak Michael Bay for all of the good reasons and you just accept the bad.

The pipes and the forklift in the chase were legit woah moments. The magnet scene had me cracking up.

The two women on the crew, wow. The funbags on the blonde in that black dress were just insane.

The Eminem moment in the car had me rolling.

Agreed with those about the end. I don’t really have a clue about 1’s backstory that they sorta hinted at, but o well. I would love for them to make this a Fast and Furious type franchise. Reynolds is so damn good.

Did they give a reason the doctor was in the group?
Besides the first scene and she was pretty?

I mean, I kinda dont care.. because action and stuff..

Also, the end.

Spoilers

What did the yellow submersible things do? And how did they all end up in the copter?
And was the driver of the copter a member of the 6?

I think I care...
But that blond from "now you see me" distracted me plenty.

I understood the movie story all the way through, maybe I am shallow like that, but it was action fun, some hot chicks with tits in a bra and azz in a thong, but so much fun. A great check out and have fun movie.

Sort of. They were also the bombs, which was not clear at all.

I never thought that I would say this but this movie made Arnold Swarzanegger look like an Oscar winner. Just the worst written crap I had ever seen and the most con jointed crap Ever put together. The stunts were good though. Typical Bay film all action no substance.

I was disappointed by the distinct lack of Sneaker Pimps on the soundtrack. Wasted opportunity.

More than anybody wants to know, I’m sure, but there’s a reason they wouldn’t use Sneaker Pimps song 6 Underground. If they ask for the rights to that song, they’re admitting they’re aware of it and then the band(or their label) would have grounds to request or sue for payment to use that title for the movie. Just like you’d have to pay Elton John to name your movie Bennie and the Jets, even if it was about a fighter pilot named Ben and unrelated to his music. If they stay away from the Sneaker Pimps, they can plausibly claim they’re using a relatively common variation of a common saying (6 ft underground).

I just assumed it was because of the old Sneaker Pimps song

ETA: never mind. My dumb arse should read the rest of the replies before commenting, maybe...

I totally agree, but it would've been a nice touch to incorporate the song somehow. Especially when there are some pretty badass remixes out there of it.

Honestly, I couldn't make it passed the first 10 mins. The whole time I was like, "WTF is going on?"

it's definitely a Michael bay film. heavy on action light on plot. Reynolds adds enough comedy to make it work and be entertaining outside bays 13 year old boy sweet spot
