Yeah, I've heard meto is really hard to hunt because of the regs. And amount of hunters. I know some guys up there that run a guiding outfit. They were telling me something about a place that's called "the crookeds" at white river refuge. That's probably where we spend most of our time

If I kill any more mergansers or dos gris this season I will know who to call. You gotta climb 3/4 of the way up and cut to let the mallards through and start at the top if you want pintails... mergs and dos gris fly low so I will know you half arsed it

Try out the White River refuge in St. Charles, we have had luck at the North Unit in Buck lake, crowfoot lake, horseshoe lake.
