Sigh....you have zero clue what you are talking about citing that individual 1 document
President Trump was not an "unindicted co-conspirator" in the criminal case against his former lawyer, Michael Cohen. The Justice Department didn't charge Cohen with conspiracy, so it didn't allege that he had co-conspirators, indicted or otherwise.
What the Justice Department alleged was that Cohen committed two felony campaign finance violations (to which he pleaded guilty) "in coordination with and at the direction of" Trump.
The difference sounds semantic, but it isn't. In saying Trump directed Cohen to do something that was a crime, DOJ didn't express any views about Trump's own potential liability. When DOJ says someone is a co-conspirator, it is alleging they committed the crime of conspiracy.
The sdny did not find that trump committed a campaign violation in the Cohen payoff scheme
As for volume 2.....the fact that there was no underlying crime makes obstruction of justice extremely dubious

Cohen did the crime at the direction of individual 1, hence the co-conspirator. Keep up.
Edit: if you direct someone to do a crime you are implicated in that crime. Being president is what kept Donald out of jail on this one (for now)

Mueller was never going to make that assessment anyway.
