True but you also didn't mention the missed grounding call in the endzone that would have been a safety for Baylor on the drive prior to that.

Yes.
1) Baylor won the TCU game fairly. Dude stepped out of bounds.
2) I agree that the Texas Tech snap call was very questionable, but no one one here mentions what should have been a safety on Texas Tech that would have virtually sealed the win for Baylor before the snap series ever happened. Baylor haters like to selectively pick the calls that outrage them.
