Yep tell the good lord you didn’t help because they were lazy. I’ve no doubt there are freeloaders and those abusing the system but for the most part people don’t chose to be poor. Instead of trying to judge them I’d prefer to err on the side of lending a helping hand.

And I'd prefer to lend a helping hand when and where I wish, not having you or someone else use the government to tell me when and how.

These people have created generational lifestyles based on welfare. What's better? Keeping these people in poverty for 3 generations by giving them free stuff or forcing them out of poverty by denying them resources they can attain on their own?

David, I generally agree about erring on the side of too much generosity rather than not enough. At the same time, don’t you agree there is value in incentivizing healthy people to work. I’m not one calling anyone poor or lazy, but I do believe pushing people to work is important.

I wont have to answer for lazy people. They will have to answer for themselves. You ever heard of Sloth? If not read up on it.

Nobody has a problem with this for the most part. There is a difference between poor and lazy. Not unless you are judging and assuming that poor people are lazy. And if so thats on you because I clearly defined there was a difference.

Honestly, Im tired of getting applications for people that dont want to work. All they are doing is trying to fulfill the requirement of "looking for a job".

I take it back , you aren't naïve you are just stupid.

You must come from a trash family that sucks at the teat of working people.
