CCLA. Freaking 99. If you are not a regular playing member and know every little nuance of that course it will eat you alive.

83 at Muni, with lone birdie on 5. Of course I doubled 3 because I hate it more than any hole in LA

Smooth 37/45 82 at TPC of Louisiana, was a lot of fun smelling burnt rubber and listening to cars race all day.

75 at HCC today. We lost a good man this morning. My college golf coach, Sam Hall, died this morning. On the back porch recalling good times and drowning sorrows. If you happen to be having one, toast one to Coach.

84 at Mallard Cove in Lake Charles.
Course was in typical winter shape.
I missed several short putts but hit the ball decent for not playing in several months.

78 on Saturday at Pelican Point Lakes. Weather was perfect and course was in great shape. Really hit the ball well, but didn't score very well. Greenside bunkers got me 3 times and I just couldn't buy a sand save.

Played Palmer Course at La Cantera yesterday. It was windy af but the course was in great shape. I shot 79 with 3 birdies. Two doubles hurt my chances of shooting a good score despite the conditions. My driver was working. I hit all but 1 fairway.

Putting killed me when I played the Palmer course. I had no clue where the ball was going on those greens. Definitely a fun course

The greens are definitely tricky...and slick. I was able to lag putt pretty well. I had one hole that I 4 putted which the wind played a big part in. I hit my 2nd shot to 6 feet under hole. Putt came up short and the wind blew the ball back down toward me but further away. Second putt I hit 3ft past the hole and missed again bc I was afraid the ball was going to roll down the green again.

I can taste scratch golf but just shoot myself in the foot all the damn time.
