I was actually thinking the same. Kennedy is listed as an ILB but I was always under the impression he was a WDE/rush linebacker/OLB type player. If you add him to Josh White and Antoine Sampah that’s 3 ILBs. If you add him to the list you mentioned of Clowney, Ojulari and Webb that’s 4 of the same skill set on the outside. I think we would love to have them all but I’m wondering if the rumored surprise/unpopular guy left out comes from this group.

He is a little thin to play inside. He is around 6'3" to 6'3 1/2" 210-215. He can always add bulk, but I see him as a outside/edge rushing LB who can cover.
