Exactly. Some units only come down every 5-6 years so they are major multimillion dollar events that require hundreds of folks to pull off. Planning starts a year plus in advance. It’s also the time you would complete new capital projects on top of the maintenance/cleaning.

In theory yes...but on some of the ones I am involved with I think "the plan" is to shutdown the plant and then figure out what needs to be done.
