The only first hand story I’ve heard was from an auburn co worker that said some drunk dude was hitting on her in front of her husband. It was a super trashy story but it wasn’t the war zone that is painted in threads like this.
Been in the SEZ for over a decade and never seen a fraction of the drama that get spewed. I bet most of these “first hand accounts” are actually something that they heard thru the grapevine

They are so weirdly nice in College Station that I can see how they think any normal fan base is mean. It's so strange there - like a fake town. I was creeped out when we went a few years ago.

Why? Because SEC fans who wear penny loafers and have Bama bangs look down on people from Louisiana. They think of Louisiana and thus, "Cajun" and they think they are superior. This attitude goes back 200+ years and is prevalent all over.

It really is confusing. In all my years attending LSU games I've only once seen an opposing team's fans treated badly. And the dude who was talking shite was quickly grabbed by other LSU fans and dragged out of the situation.
