A&M is so out of place in the SEC. I personally think having a Texas A&M in the SEC west is good for LSU recruiting; for the rest of the SEC, not so good having the Aggies come to town. Ever go to an A&M game in College Station? It's very cultish.
A&M football is like a weird cult with no messiah but an anti christ in Austin Texas. Strang bunch. It could be worse. Texas could have joined the SEC so in a way I can sympathize with the Aggies.
I went to College Station in '93. I hear they tailgate now, which I really can't imagine makes gameday at A&M better or worse.

If that's true, then every college fanbase in the country is cultish. Including us.
