There's too much red and blue.
Lose the two pelican fleur de lis on the sides and leave the one in the middle. Tone down the drop shadows and make the name something other than that deep red font. The big 2 looks like rig Z. That font is weird, something simpler would look better imo.
Refine the edges on the layers with the players (smooth,feather). And you can blend it so that it's not so dark.
Simpler is better sometimes. Just some tips, no doosh intended

I took a big dump of orange on mine. But you can never have too much orange.
