I think Clyde will get to sit a good bit of this game to heal up. I think our two freshmen are gonna eat. I'm going to predict that its Emery. He ran mad against Ole Miss. I see him popping of a 40+yarder. I also expect TDP to put up good numbers but I'm picking Emery. What say you?

TDP until proven otherwise. He might just be the better back.

In this day and age, I hope Emery goes off so we can keep him out of the transfer portal.

This is the correct answer. We need him next year badly.

He could be right now. I honestly thought that DWill was better than LF7 much of their freshman year. Eventually though, superior talent usually win out. I believe Emery is more explosive and TDP is more a bulldozer. Gonna be fun to watch play out! Im putting the over under on these 2 guys at 150 yds. Which would you bet on?

I don't know the answer but I will say back ups or not I was really pleased with how Emery ran versus Ole Miss. Looked more polished and stronger. Definite improvement.

I’ve thought TDP is the better back for awhile now...it is very possible that Emery breaks some big ones but we haven’t seen that from him yet...it’s just as likely TDP breaks some off as well.

Maybe he isn’t as good as everyone thought.

I still bunk he is a very good back just hasn’t picked up the offense as quick as TDP...look at Fournette first half of his freshman year...we ran an offense suited to him and everything he was used to and he for the most part struggled until the last few games of the year when everything started coming together. Then the Auburn game happened his sophomore year and we were all witness!!!!

LF was never buried on the depth chart but I get what you are saying.

100% agree I’m basing my statement off the assumption they see something in practice that has limited his touches plus the fact that Clyde is the best RB in the SEC and TDP is no slouch and has obviously picked up the playbook faster that Emery...Long story short I still expect big things from Emery

I hope Clyde gets to play 4 of the first 5 drives like normal. I also hope the 5th drive is at the start of the second quarter and we have 28 to 35 points after 5 drives.
If that happens, I agree that you rest Clyde. (As long as things keep going well)
After that, I’d really like to see both guys get 10-15 touches each. I don’t care if it rushing or receiving, I’d just like to see them operate in the flow our offense. With that many touches from each of them, we’ll see plenty of high fives and celebrations for them. It could be a real ego boost for both.

Arkansas should not be a 40 point dog to us, there’s just no other way to say it. They aren’t going to come out as flat as they have been the last two times they took the field, but I hope we beat the spirit out of them for three quarters.
I’d also enjoy seeing a couple of the other receivers get a few catches. AND, look for Sullivan to be featured in the second quarter.

My belief is that they are an SEC team and there really shouldn’t be a 40 point difference between the teams. I concede that they have been garbage but I believe that to be mostly lack of effort and poor scheming.
This week, I don’t expect there to be a lack of effort. I think they will come out and at least play hard until the result is clearly a blow out. (And I do believe that will happen)
Scheme wise, I’m not sure what they can do, but they’ve had two weeks to come up with something so they at least will have optimism at the start of the game.

We are the better team, we will prevail, I dont believe that is in doubt. But they are an SEC team, and no damn SEC team should be a 40+ point dog, ever. Sheer effort should prevent that.

They may be one of the worst SEC teams ever. It happens
