Thank you for pointing out exactly where the foot is about to hit Myles' balls. Wouldn't have been able to locate otherwise.

He appears to be pointing to the knee.
Also, i do see a foot in the crouch region.
In addition, i see another foot, inverted, dangling, pointing down toward the turf.
