But the NCAA and most northern and western schools don/t want the BCS because it does eliminate all bias and nepotism
The only conference to have 2 teams in the playoffs is the SEC and the SEC and ACC are the only conferences to get in the playoff every year. The B1G has been left out twice and their champion 3 times. The Pac 12 has been out 3 times. The idea that the committee is some conspiracy against the South or to prop up the North and West is not supported by reality.

Remember 2007? After Ohio State beat Michigan people up north were complaining that these were the best 2 teams in the nation and both deserved to be in the NC game, ahead of LSU. They said both teams were better than LSU and would beat LSU. If there had been no BCS LSU would not have been in that NC game
Nope because it never happened. 2007 Michigan opened the season with a loss to then FCS Appalachian St and followed that with an arse kicking by Oregon. They also lost to Wisconsin so after losing to Ohio St they had 4 losses. There is no way on earth that anyone argued they should be in the BCS over LSU
Also the BCS was 2/3 human polls in 2007. If you are gonna to whine about bias at least learn the basic facts.
