re: S&WB: All drainage pumps working for first time in ‘recent history’

Even if this was true (it isn’t), how is that worthy of praise? That’s literally the absolute minimum standard to which S&WB should be held to. All of the pumps working should be a “D” grade. That’s where you start from, not your goal.
