Even if this was true (it isn’t), how is that worthy of praise? That’s literally the absolute minimum standard to which S&WB should be held to. All of the pumps working should be a “D” grade. That’s where you start from, not your goal.

they announce this at the end of every hurricane season, it isnt true but they lie and say it is, because hurricane season is over so they wont have to turn all the pumps on until next year and then lie about they just now broke down today
