yep. just remove the old trim and screw this in (like a lighbulb) and the trim body just snaps into place. i have cree trim and to remove it you you twist the trim and the 3 metal legs collapse. to reinstall it just snap the legs back out & push it into the housing and it will suck it into place.

i dont recognize this brand but hit up lowes or home depot and try a few out first to find the lighting & style you like the best then buy it.

dont get sucked into something you haven't tried out first. these are as easy as swapping a bulb so try a couple different styles before settling on what you're going to replace everything with.

also, this crap changes every year so dont buy a few planning to 'add as you go' because in 6 months the style you picked may no longer be available.

budget to replace everything at the same time.
