My concerns are the sub human redneck mafia muthafrickers whose very existence is an insult to God himself who run the SEC office, Stankyarse POS and other factors. Time to find out how far the Woodward effect can help. I know the shady calling in UF game was about Vegas and the point spread. This one is potentially at another level.

Musical chairs at OL last year instead of this year and completely different Offense. And me and some others have always wondered about a mole in the AD feeding Bama coaches information on our game plans. You know Bellicheat and Satan are thick as thieves HINT HINT....If the mole has been rooted out then fine. Once again we will see the extent of the Woodward effect when it comes to under the table shadow shenanigans that goes on behind the scenes.

I must have ruffled the feathers of a Gumpneck troller/lurker. It is 1 am CT. Don't y'all have some trees to poison, some threats to carry out against private institutions or female members of your families to teabag?

Their defense is superior

I don’t need to say anything about this because other posters have covered it. Especially with that shitty schedule they have played, they are ranked lower defensively than LSU. Tia is not hands down better than JB. He may be more athletic but not by a whole lot. We have just as good of receivers as Bama. Again we have faced tougher defenses and that hasn’t stopped them from performing. This game will be a shootout with high powered offenses. LSU has been battle tested. Alabama as a team this year has not. We have a strong chance to defeat them. At a 10.5 underdog this has everything to do with many people picking Bama because of the fact that LSU hasn’t beaten them in the last few years. Sooner or later it will happen and this is just as good of a year.

If A&M and weak arse Kellen Mond can score 28 on the tide, LSU will put up 49-56 unless we turn the ball over. Whichever team wins the turnover battle wins the game.

That seems to be in the ball park . 8 to 10 points. Hopefully they put it at 14 or more .

I dont understand how people can keep say things like this? There is a reason they make money hand over fist by doing this. They are VERY good at it. They were half a point off last week. They are right WAY more often than not...

“They” are gamblers, not bookies. The bookies set the line to have even money on both sides.

The “market” on this bet is probably very thin right now, meaning that the present line doesn’t even really reflect what most gamblers think.

My guess is that it settles at Bama minus six and a hook.

I know how it works. And I agree, the line will move. I just dont see how people can look at a line that is set and say "NO WAY! Are they smoking crack?!" Just like that clown from the Average Joes YouTube video last week with the LSU/ uf line.

This is what Vegas does. Its not just a random room of guys pulling numbers out of thin air.

LSU will likely have to score 50 to beat bama. So I can see it. It makes since. Because at home LSU would be about a touchdown underdog

Bama at home with sec refs, we would have to have a 3 score better game to win by one score because the refs would call back 2 to try and save Bama.

They have some history to support them.

Take away the home field and they're a touchdown and a half favorite.

It's not completely ridiculous.

I couldn’t agree more. LSU is scoring 40 getting off the bus. People don’t realize we only had 9 possessions in the Uf game. Scored a td on 6 and missed a fg. So LSU scores or had a chance to score on 77.777% of their possessions on the best defense in the league. We are about frick up Bama’s Defense. Book it

Edit: Meant to say UF not UT

I think your analysis today is right on. I don't think that Tua is better than Joe rather I think they're both about even. You're right about their 2 running backs though. And while we have an outstanding receiving corps, there's no denying Ababams's 2 receivers are exceptional. I think LSU's defense will get better over the next two games, hoping Aranda will have a game plan to be as aggressive as he did in the 4th quarter. Anyway the game's gotta be played to see who's right. Geaux Tigas!

This is probably about right. That is essentially a touchdown spread, considering the home field advantage.

They will score on anybody with a 5 yd slant it seems. The 3 WR's are unreal in open field. If somehow you can shut the 5yd slants down and force Tua to throw deeper and face a little pressure, LSU will have a very good chance of winning. We need to take care of MSU and AU first though.

We will score on Bama as well, we just need the DL to get pressure on Tua and stop the run and not let them convert 3rd and longs.

LSU can and hopefully will win this game... but Bama is going to torch our defense... then Bama will get a couple of penalty calls or non calls.

We are going to have to score 40 plus points to beat them. We can. But their is a lot to overcome in Tuscaloosa.
