As somebody with bird legs, I cant help but be okay with the tight/fitted pants movement.

sure, just go to some place McClavey's and get a traditional fitting suit like a Hickey Freeman, etc. Proper attire never goes out of style.

Well, Adam Silver's suit seems to have hit the sweet spot between baggy and tight.
