FYI I’m not married to anyone. I never am. But I’m not gonna give up Hopkins for miles sanders and somebody’s backup tight end. That doesn’t help me, either. A lot of people see an 0-4 team and figure they’ll just poach your studs and unload their garbage 2 for 1. I posted my whole lineup. You think it’s a crap team?

There is no stability at any position, especially if Nuk isnt performing. He can still bring a nice return. if not, dont trade him. I dont think anyone else has trade value to get you better at this point

This is so damn annoying! And you don't have to be 0 and whatever to get the offers like that either...but, you seem to get a lot more when you are. It seems to happen more in leagues where I don't know anyone, so I can't text them and tell them to frick off with all that BS!

And I've made the playoffs a few times starting out 0-4, just gotta catch some breaks (which you clearly haven't so far). Trades and waivers are a big part of making this happen as well (as others have said).
