Given the political climate and the enemies within it was "not smart" to fail to send a message that the President wanted American political and financial corruption investigated using an underling. Instead of on what turns out to be an open mike given the cold blooded Dems tactics of ignoring the law and the constitution. I smell Rudy G clumsiness. And the weak Republicans in the senate.
