It is the only evidence thus far that supports either of the scenarios, i.e. whether Biden et al wanted him out due to corruption OR whether Biden wanted him out due to investigation of the company in which his son was positioned high up the totem pole. Everything previous has been circumstantial evidence or innuendo.

But this sworn affidavit is actual evidence. The only actual evidence anyone's bothered to put forward. On the other hand, there's a glaring absence of evidence of the corruption alleged against Shokin. Of which there should've been easy evidence brought forth by now if Shokin was so corrupt that the VP of the U.S. and high levels of other governments were actively involved.
