I would tend to agree with this, but what could realistically be done to address the countries that are the real problem?

Economic sanctions until environmental compliance is achieved on their end is one option

Probably nothing.

Sea levels might be 3 feet higher in 80 years, but I believe the human component of that is significantly overblown.

There isn’t a problem. The climate has always changed and man has done so little to contribute to the process that it shouldn’t even be discussed. This is nothing but a money grab with intent to control the masses.
