This term is getting used a lot, especially in the media. I saw somebody start a thread with it the other day about waxing nostalgic. I'm scratching my head because the only thing I think when I hear waxing is "waxing that arse" or "wax on, wax off". So I had to look up the origin of that term:

But while we are on the subject, could we agree to ban the recently coined (that means invented or devised, OP) "re-imagined". It seems like half the commercials on tv are about products or services that at one time must have been imaginary.
