The answer is simple. Tell her that you have tried to help her but her issues are beyond your abilities. Let her know she needs professional help, and medication. Tell her that you will help to the best of your ability but that she will have to step up and seek the help required.

You cannot fix broken, and if she is unwilling to take the necessary steps, you have to wash your hands, and move on.
