4. Houston - will lose to GSW in playoffs
5. GSW
6. Lakers - will get swept by Clippers
7. Portland
8. San Antonio
9. New Orleans
10. Sacramento
11. Dallas
12. OKC
13. Minnesota
14. Memphis
15. Phoenix
and i think 9,10,11,12 all finish with at least 40 wins, but the 8th spot will have 47 wins.
