2. make trillions and spend money on other shite that will bankrupt you when the price of oil falls.

I got a little news for you. Operators work at refineries and chemical plants. They really aren’t affected a whole lot by the fluctuations in the price of oil. At least not in a way that would make them lay-off operators.
