I’m dead serious.

In a new hire class of say 15, about 7 spots are already set aside for family members.

Exxon used to outsource the testing and interview process to another company for the operator hiring process.
Do they no longer do that?

And 2 of those 7 family members (if that) will actually pan out after five years and be good operators.
