I'm sure cfl is above bar when it comes to it's diversity and adhears to EEOC standards. I'd be bet employee make up mirrors population %. So maybe it's just "Hard-working teenagers" they target instead of the lazy teenagers.

The funny thing is, I've been to CFA locations where over 90% of the crew is black. Those stores might even be BETTER.
Now, it's not Boneshequia and her braids working. It's high school and college black kids, who dress well and act polite.
