There's no real such things. It's the signals that the antenna receives that are digital and High Definition. The receiver in your TV needs to be able to process that signal - which they almost all do now. If you still have an analog TV, you'd need a digital receiver, not a 'digital antenna'.
Short: Don't let someone charge you more for a "digital/HD antenna".
