One of the members of the A&M Board of Regents does own a tank. He famously thumbed his nose in the face of his Homeowners Association by parking it where they didn't want him to. When they threatened to have it towed, he dared them to try.

He donated the tank to A&M though bc of the cost to insure it or something.
