Oh and as far as your needs— don’t see anyone foorcing you to take an “assault” rifle. If you hunk you need one. Don’t get one. (Let’s not pretend you own one.)

But... Your personal perceived “need” is irrelevant to the discussion of rights. Your personal assessment of your needs is certainly not an argument of merit. Your poor perceptional ability is a terrible basis for legislation.

Further when did exercising a right require proof of need? What’s your need to vote? Do you need free speech?

There a reason it’s called the Bill of Rights. Not a Bill of Needs.
