If you were in business, you would not only understand but agree with this. If you allow no minimum purchase, the store would literally be losing money on small items.

Think you missed what I was trying to say.

When I said “Not saying I agree with any of this”
I meant the way credit card processing fees and companies work.

I agree with minimum purchase amounts by the institution so they don’t lose money.

I do own a business. My philosophy is to make transactions as frictionless as possible and not to nickel and dime my customers. CC fees are built into my prices. Why would I put up road blocks to customers giving me money?
