Yeah why should we ever judge a person by his actions.

That is pretty much exactly who he was, with multiple examples to prove it. He proved constantly who he was.

Someone having a history of criminal activity doesn't mean it makes it more okay to shoot them in the back.

Police should be able to shoot as soon as they have a reason to pull their gun.

And not shoot if they don't have a reason.

Gravy’s FB......Josef Richardson was not a threat to the officer who killed him. The bullet pierced the back of his neck and severed part of his spinal cord, an autopsy showed.

What likely happened is the cop burst in the door, the man more than likely attempted to move away from someone bursting in his door and he was shot in the back of the neck. This is bad and Sheriff Mike Cazes needs to arrest this deputy immediately and charge him with murder.

I said the other there were questions around this case. Explain how a man is shot in the back of the neck/head and he was a threat? If you or I shoot someone in the back of the neck/head we are going to jail for murder no matter the circumstances.

Well, at least gravy is consistent in acting as if he knows exactly what happened with exactly no information beyond where the guy was shot

In most criminal court proceedings, his past wouldn't matter. It's all about what happened that night. At most, it appears he'd have been arrested again for possession with intent to distribute. LSP needs to wrap this up. Doesn't sound too complicated.

Black guy killed by a cop. We already knew his position whether the cop was wrong or not.

99+% of incidents would be a lot better for all involved if the suspect just complied

Over 40 killings in Baton Rouge this year and he finally decides to speak on one of them?

I'm sure his rebuttal is that the police are not supposed to kill people...

....but ya know what, people are not supposed to kill each other either...

...but you waited for this one to care

frick Gravy. He doesn't even deserve being talked about on here.

He is just looking for a way to get paid. How can he exploit this situation?

WBR Parish can't even keep their work release inmates in check. Cazes needs to head to pasture.
