We’ve never had an issue with the food, though, and he’s never had an incident in the stadium. We’re pretty conscientious about keeping him away from peanuts. But he is a teenager now and his allergy has been lessened. It was more worrisome when he was younger.

OP, I know you’ll keep an eye on your child, so you should be ok. Just be sure to keep your Eli pen with you.
