Wrong, he raised taxes 200 million dollars too much. Now some will go to a rainy day fund, etc. but a large amount will be spent at his discretion to reward political allies.

Remember too he has a 200 million dollar surplus now, but it would have been much larger if Republicans in the Legislature wouldn’t have blocked his initial tax package. They saved La. taxpayers over 400 million dollars.
