Celsius is a post-emergent herbicide so it’s not going to prevent weeds. Depending on what types of weeds you are trying to control, consider using a pre-emergent herbicide in late winter/early spring and fall, it won’t eliminate weeds but certainly helps control annual weeds and reduces, not eliminates, the need for spraying.

I use dimension every spring and fall with atrazine before the spring run
Thinking of trying another brand...maybe Tenacity.
