I use either MSM Turf (methsulfuron methyl) or Celsius to control it, and those can be applied at higher temperatures but I’d apply early in the AM. You’ll get some yellowing of the turfgrass in this heat but it will recover.

Never used Tenacity but I read the label. Lespedeza control is not listed on the label. I don’t know if there is a temperature restriction on Tenacity.
