If she’s working at the Space Center, I’d have her live around there at first. Let her get her bearings, this is a huge city. If she has friends inside the loop, she can stay with them on weekends and do the fun night life. Sign a short lease, let her get adjusted to work and the area first. When she learns her way around, then she can decide where she really wants to be. League City, Friendswood and Clear Lake are all good. Kemah would be fine.
