Can’t unlock the steering wheel. My car sometimes has issues when you change the battery. It’s a Fiat and apparently the new battery might cause you to have to reprogram the cars CPU to work again. Sucks.

You have to try turning your wheel both ways. One way will allow you to crank it. You may have to apply a little pressure. One way will have no give whatsoever, one way will. Then when power steering kicks in, move your steering wheel back to normal.
