If Edwards is there at 39 it’s a no brainer to me

The Ringer thinks Bruno Fernando will be available at #39 (which is insane) but him or Tacko Fall. I like the idea of the Pels getting a traditional center in there as a big body to have around for cheap cheap. Look at GSW w/ Kevon Looney or Festus Ezeli during this 5 year stretch. Both were serviceable and better than the alternative of paying $5-10mil + to the same type player just bc he's a vet (see Ajinca, Alexis)

I like these selections. I would really like ya getting ty Jerome somehow to get us a shooting PG off the bench. If you can’t get a shooter at the first pick, high upside guys like Bazley and king would be great if available

If Bruno Fernando is available at 39 I’d take him in a heartbeat

I like Tremont even with my P&G glasses off. I think Naz needed another year. I also like Admiral.

I wouldn’t mind taking a chance on Bol or Tacko if we traded back in the first.

I agree about Naz. A lot of potential but kind of a liability in the post. Turnover machine at times.
I will say the guy has the clutch gene. He made some crucial 3s last season and in multiple close games. Could be interesting to see how he pans out.
I personally like Edwards. Dude could be a beast in a few years.

Great player, but it would blow my mind if he is available for us at any point in the second round. I think he has a better shot at going in the lottery than the second round.

Completely agree. It's a pretty unrealistic dream scenario of mine.

[Roby] Not familiar with this guy. Is he a lockdown defender?

I think he has the ability to do a lot of great things on defense. Averaged 1.9 blocks and 1.3 steals this season and can stay in front of guards. I really like him on that end and his ability to get out in transition and handle the ball end to end. Offensively, he hasn't really developed in the half court as much as I'd hope, but I think there's solid reason to believe he can make spot up 3s and add some little things. 6'7" with a 7'1" wingspan at the combine.
