Tore both and like a dummy didn’t seek medical attention until the second. This was the early 90’s and surgery and recovery was a year for each. I opted for PT because I just couldn’t do that 2 year crap. Healing process took years and I’m left with knots on the back of each foot that eat the shite out of socks and any shoes with lining.
