I'm not sure another coach would reduce the mental mistakes we make running the bases.

That play isn't as bad as you idiots make it seem. Ball gets cut and the throw goes to third instead of home, which makes your chance to score a run right there 100%, which is what you want. LSU does that, probably better than any team I've ever seen, and 9 times out of 10 it pays off.
