Wish we could get rid of political judges and replace them all with originalists.
The written word of a document means what it says and most importantly means what it said in light of the times it was written and voted on.
Sure times have changed but the meaning of the constitution has not.
Liberal judges do us all and themselves a disservice when they interpret the constitution as a living document.
The constitution has 2 provisions for updating with the times.
Amendment process and an Article V convention of the states!

What is his end game here? A cabinet position? Ambassador to some nice little Caribbean country? He has to know he is not going to win, but keeps stumbling onward.
The only problem with either of these is that he will get appointed to nothing when Trump wins again. Maybe he is playing the long game, hoping for a nice beach job when/if the Dems ever win again. They have yet to find an electable candidate.

We have to make sure that all the protected classes are covered, so we will need to make sure that all the religions, genders, ages, and sexual preferences are appropriately represented as well.
